The HSC Masterclass is designed to meet you where you are, with three tiered levels tailored to your learning style and needs: Spark Level, Forge Level, and Radiance Level. Here’s what each tier includes:

• Spark Level:

  • Fully self-paced and video-guided.

  • Access to all modules: WHY, HOW, and WHAT.

  • Self-guided learning through all 4 phases of each module.

  • Tools, resources, and exercises to support your creative journey.

• Forge Level:

  • Everything in Spark Level, plus:

  • Group cohort sessions (3 hours each) for Synthesis and Integration phases in all three modules.

  • Interactive opportunities to refine your work with like-minded peers.

  • Live sessions are self-scheduled after your Sensation and Curation phases are reviewed and approved.

• Anthem Level:

  • Everything in Forge Level, plus:

  • One-on-one sessions (3 hours each) for Synthesis and Integration phases in all three modules.

  • Live sessions are self-scheduled after your Sensation and Curation phases are reviewed and approved.

This Masterclass is made up of three modules: PURPOSE, PROCESS, and PROJECT. Each module has four steps: Sensation, Curation, Synthesis, and Integration. Here's how it works:

• Sensation and Curation (All Levels): These steps are self-paced and guided by videos. You’ll explore your values, gather inspiration, and organize materials that match your creative vision.

• Distillation and Integration:

  • Spark Level: These steps are also self-paced and video-guided, so you can reflect, refine, and apply your ideas at your pace.

  • Forge Level: Includes three-hour group sessions for Distillation and Integration in each module (six sessions total).

  • Anthem Level: Includes two-hour 1-on-1 sessions for Distillation and Integration in each module (six sessions total).

All live sessions for Forge and Anthem levels are self-scheduled after Sensation and Curation are reviewed and approved. This ensures you're ready for the next steps.

Most participants spend 4–6 hours a week on the self-paced parts, moving at their own speed. This structure gives flexibility while providing extra support in the interactive levels.

Make sure you have the following:

• Access to Milanote: Templates are provided to help you organize your work seamlessly.

• A Journal or Notebook: For personal reflections, notes, and tracking your progress.

• Stable Wi-Fi Connection: Especially important for live group or 1-on-1 sessions in the Forge and Radiance tiers.

• Basic Tools for Your Creative Modalities: Depending on your interests, this could include a camera, sketchbook, specific software, or other relevant tools.

• Time and Focus: Dedicate 4–6 hours per week to get the most out of the program.
